Service Description
Whether you need guidance in understanding your baby or your recovery or simply a calm, knowledgeable presence to walk beside you, I’m here to help! I’ll guide you through everyday infant care, from bathing and diapering to understanding their sleep, cries, elimination patterns, growth patterns and how to support a healthy development. At the same time, I’m here for your postpartum journey: physical recovery, hormonal changes, nutrition, perineal rehabilitation, managing fatigue, and navigating sexuality and contraception after birth. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports both you and your little one. * This booking reserves your first session. Your second session will be arranged afterward, at the time that best supports you and your baby. ** Disclaimer - I am a Registered Nurse (RN), and through this clinic, I provide support solely as a Board Certified Lactation Consultant and a Postpartum Transition Coach. While some of my duties may overlap with nursing tasks, I am unable to diagnose or treat medical conditions. My guidance is educational and supportive only and does not replace medical advice. Cancellation Policy
Cancelations/Refunds/No-shows - We require a 24 hour notice for all the changes and cancelations. If the appointment is canceled in less then 24 hours, a $75 cancelation fee applies. This cancelation fee will be subtracted from the amount you paid initially and the remaining amount will be refunded to you within 24 hours. If the client does not show up for an in-person or virtual appointment, the fee for that appointment is non refundable. If I am unaware that you are late for your appointment, I typically wait 15 minutes and then log out or leave (if this is a home visit). In this case it is considered a no-show. If you notify me that you are running late before or right at your appointment time, I will wait and we can use the remaining time. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please do so before your 24h window, so that we can give your time slot to the next client on the waiting list. * These policies do not apply to free webinars and classes.
