Service Description
***Consent and History Forms MUST BE completed 24 hours prior to your appointment. Links are on our main webpage and sent automatically upon booking. Check your Junk, Promotions, or Updates folders. *** What's included: • Going over the health history of the dyad • Latch and breastfeeding assessment • Managing current challenges and improving breastfeeding technique • Help with the use of breastfeeding aids (nipple shield, pump etc.). • Personalized feeding care plan (sent within 24 hours). + 48h email support after the initial consultation. *** Why Follow-Up Care Matters Many feeding challenges cannot be fully resolved in a single appointment. As your baby grows and their needs change, follow-up care allows us to reassess progress, adjust your plan, and catch issues early before they become bigger problems. Cancellation Policy
Cancelations/Refunds/No-shows - We require a 24 hour notice for all the changes and cancelations. If the appointment is canceled in less then 24 hours, a $75 cancelation fee applies. This cancelation fee will be subtracted from the amount you paid initially and the remaining amount will be refunded to you within 24 hours. If the client does not show up for an in-person or virtual appointment, the fee for that appointment is non refundable. If I am unaware that you are late for your appointment, I typically wait 15 minutes and then log out or leave (if this is a home visit). In this case it is considered a no-show. If you notify me that you are running late before or right at your appointment time, I will wait and we can use the remaining time. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please do so before your 24h window, so that we can give your time slot to the next client on the waiting list. * These policies do not apply to free webinars and classes.
