We offer a free discovery call with our psychotherapist Tamara to help you feel comfortable and confident before booking. Tamara provides services in English, Ukrainian and Russian. It’s a simple way to connect, share what you’re going through, and see if it’s the right fit for you. Запрошуємо вас на безкоштовну ознайомчу розмову з нашим психотерапевтом Тамарою щоб ви могли відчути комфорт і впевненість перед записом на повну сесію. Тамара надає послуги англійською, українською та російською мовами. Це можливість познайомитися і зрозуміти, чи підходить вам цей формат підтримки.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Refunds/No-shows Policy Payment can be made online before your appointment or at the time of your appointment. In-person payments are accepted by e-transfer or cash only. We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $75 fee. If the client does not show up for an in-person or virtual appointment, the fee for that appointment is non refundable. If I am unaware that you are late for your appointment, I typically wait 20 minutes and then log out or leave (if this is a home visit). In this case it is considered a no-show. If you notify me that you are running late before or right at your appointment time, I will wait and we can use the remaining time. * These policies do not apply to free webinars and classes.
