Ongoing Support for Feeding Success Our follow-up visits ensure you continue making progress toward your feeding goals. Many lactation, breastfeeding and bottle-feeding challenges can’t be fully resolved in just one appointment, and babies’ needs change quickly. Follow-up care helps us track your progress, adjust your plan, and catch issues early—before they become bigger problems. What’s Included: -Review of your baby’s feeding, latch, and progress - Weight check - Updates to your personalized care plan - Troubleshooting new or persistent challenges Why It Matters: Babies grow quickly—your plan needs to grow with them, thus consistent support increases your chance of reaching your goals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Refunds/No-shows Policy Payment can be made online before your appointment or at the time of your appointment. In-person payments are accepted by e-transfer or cash only. We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $75 fee. If the client does not show up for an in-person or virtual appointment, the fee for that appointment is non refundable. If I am unaware that you are late for your appointment, I typically wait 20 minutes and then log out or leave (if this is a home visit). In this case it is considered a no-show. If you notify me that you are running late before or right at your appointment time, I will wait and we can use the remaining time. * These policies do not apply to free webinars and classes.
