Service Description
***Consent and History Forms MUST BE completed 24 hours prior to your appointment. They can be found on our website and are sent automatically upon booking. Check your Junk, Promotions, or Updates folders. *** Our infant sleep consultant provides individualized, evidence-informed guidance to support healthy sleep development while protecting your feeding relationship and family values. Whether you are breastfeeding or combination feeding, gentle sleep coaching can be implemented without compromising milk supply or connection. You’ll receive a tailored, responsive plan designed to improve rest, reduce overwhelm, and create sustainable rhythms for your family.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Refunds/No-shows Policy Payment can be made online before your appointment or at the time of your appointment. In-person payments are accepted by e-transfer or cash only. We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $75 fee. If the client does not show up for an in-person or virtual appointment, the fee for that appointment is non refundable. If I am unaware that you are late for your appointment, I typically wait 20 minutes and then log out or leave (if this is a home visit). In this case it is considered a no-show. If you notify me that you are running late before or right at your appointment time, I will wait and we can use the remaining time. * These policies do not apply to free webinars and classes.
