Online Lactation Follow-Up
For existing patients
Service Description
Often, feeding, lactation, pumping and breastfeeding challenges can't be resolved in just one visit and a follow-up appointment may be necessary in order to reach your feeding goals. Virtual follow-ups are 1 hour long. During the follow up we will discuss the existing care/feeding plan, manage new challenges if they developed and modify the existing care plan in order to meet your new breastfeeding goals. Your appointment also includes 48h of email support after the follow-up. * If you have any questions please fill out the contact form.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Refunds/No-shows Policy Payment can be made online before your appointment or at the time of your appointment. In-person payments are accepted by e-transfer or cash only. We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $75 fee. If the client does not show up for an in-person or virtual appointment, the fee for that appointment is non refundable. If I am unaware that you are late for your appointment, I typically wait 20 minutes and then log out or leave (if this is a home visit). In this case it is considered a no-show. If you notify me that you are running late before or right at your appointment time, I will wait and we can use the remaining time. * These policies do not apply to free webinars and classes.
