Please indicate in-clinic preference in the “message” section when booking. ***Consent and History Forms MUST BE completed 24 hours prior to your appointment. They can be found on our website and are sent automatically upon booking. Check your Junk, Promotions, or Updates folders. *** Pregnancy & Postpartum Mental Wellness Consultation Motherhood is a deeply transformative journey—one that begins in pregnancy and unfolds through the postpartum period and beyond. Alongside its beauty, it can bring moments of vulnerability, emotional overwhelm, and profound change. This space is designed to support you through it all, with care that is thoughtful, personalized, and deeply attuned. These psychotherapy sessions offer a private, compassionate setting where you can slow down, reflect, and feel truly supported. Whether you are navigating the anticipation of motherhood or adjusting to life after birth, your experience is held with sensitivity and respect. Support may include: Postpartum blues, depression, and anxiety Feelings of overwhelm, burnout, or emotional fatigue Shifts in identity and sense of self Pregnancy or infant loss, and the complexities of grief Fertility challenges and the emotional weight of the journey Changes within relationships and evolving family roles Birth trauma or difficult birth experiences Body image, intimacy, and sexuality The transition into motherhood and redefining your role Ongoing Support & Follow-Up To encourage consistent care, follow-up sessions are available at a discounted rate for clients seeking ongoing support through pregnancy and postpartum. Many sessions may also be eligible for insurance coverage—please check with your provider for details. Virtual appointments are available for ease and flexibility. In-person sessions may also be offered at our Etobicoke clinic, located at 95 Advance Road, Unit 4. If you wish to be seen in person, kindly indicate your preference in the “message” section when booking. ***Kindly fill out your intake forms before the initial session - thank you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Refunds/No-shows Policy Payment can be made online before your appointment or at the time of your appointment. In-person payments are accepted by e-transfer or cash only. We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $75 fee. If the client does not show up for an in-person or virtual appointment, the fee for that appointment is non refundable. If I am unaware that you are late for your appointment, I typically wait 20 minutes and then log out or leave (if this is a home visit). In this case it is considered a no-show. If you notify me that you are running late before or right at your appointment time, I will wait and we can use the remaining time. * These policies do not apply to free webinars and classes.
