Service Description
*** Online Session *** Maternal Wellness Follow-Up Ongoing support is an essential part of your care. These follow-up sessions are designed to gently continue the work we’ve begun—offering a consistent, supportive space to process, reflect, and move forward with intention. As your journey through pregnancy and postpartum evolves, so do your needs. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet you where you are, whether you are navigating emotional challenges, adjusting to new roles, or seeking deeper clarity and balance. This is a space to feel held, understood, and supported—consistently and without judgment—as you move through each stage of motherhood. Virtual appointments are available for your convenience. In-person sessions may also be arranged at our Etobicoke clinic (95 Advance Road, Unit 4). If you prefer an in-person visit, please indicate this in the “message” section at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Refunds/No-shows Policy Payment can be made online before your appointment or at the time of your appointment. In-person payments are accepted by e-transfer or cash only. We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $75 fee. If the client does not show up for an in-person or virtual appointment, the fee for that appointment is non refundable. If I am unaware that you are late for your appointment, I typically wait 20 minutes and then log out or leave (if this is a home visit). In this case it is considered a no-show. If you notify me that you are running late before or right at your appointment time, I will wait and we can use the remaining time. * These policies do not apply to free webinars and classes.
