Service Description
*** Select ANY available date and time you see on the website to send a request for urgent support. If you’re looking for same-day or next-day lactation support, please share the following information in the "message" field when requesting a consultation. -Baby’s age and birth weight -Most recent weight and when it was taken -Number of wet diapers in the past 24 hours -Your immediate concern These details help us better understand what’s happening and prepare to support you and your baby as soon as possible. You will be contacted via TEXT within 30 minutes to 2 hours. A limited number of urgent appointments are reserved each day for families needing timely support. If those appointments are already booked, we’ll offer you the next available urgent time based on our schedule. We’ll do our best to see you as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Refunds/No-shows Policy Payment can be made online before your appointment or at the time of your appointment. In-person payments are accepted by e-transfer or cash only. We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $75 fee. If the client does not show up for an in-person or virtual appointment, the fee for that appointment is non refundable. If I am unaware that you are late for your appointment, I typically wait 20 minutes and then log out or leave (if this is a home visit). In this case it is considered a no-show. If you notify me that you are running late before or right at your appointment time, I will wait and we can use the remaining time. * These policies do not apply to free webinars and classes.
